PROGRAM SYLLABUS

We will meet live by Zoom every week. Plan to attend live as often as possible. Calls will be recorded for replay. Each week, you will have program materials to review (videos, audio and reading) along with corresponding Contemplation journaling exercises and Actions. Expect to spend about 1 hour weekly in Zoom meetings and 2 additional hours each week on your own.
