Hi Richard,
Welcome to my NEW monthly newsletter. I am committed to sharing with you my deepest understanding and most pressing vision for the future of our health and our food system. I believe we humans are meant to be vibrant and healthy and strong and clear headed but our toxic, malnourishing food culture is stealing that capacity from us.
In this newsletter, I will teach you how to activate your right to wholesome, nourishing food and vibrant health and ease in your body.
I have spent 25+ years exploring the question of how humans are meant to live on this planet. What makes us healthy and happy? How are we meant to live and eat, and how are we meant to cultivate and tend the land?
This exploration brought me to the knowledge that we are experiencing a massive health emergency and that new strategies need to be urgently employed to fix the problem.
Because we are in such a crisis, simply eating healthier isn't enough for many of us to overcome the chronic ills we experience. To address our current, critical need for healing, I dove into the deeper healing work of functional nutrition so that I could more precisely help people to reclaim their right to be healthy and vibrant.
I welcome you to my new newsletter. I hope you find it useful, thought provoking, expansive and that it becomes something you look forward to each month.
See you soon,
Liz Morgan, MA, FNTP, RWS, JD

BLOG EXCERPT:
(Peruse My Blog!)
Are you trying to avoid medications? Nutrition and lifestyle upgrades can often help.
I am not a licensed medical professional and I am not trained in the use of pharmaceuticals as a tool in caring for the human body, so I can not and do not advise on the issue of whether or not to use medications.
However, what I can do is help you navigate the possibility of improving the conditions in your body so that medications are no longer advised by your doctor.
If a doctor is advising medication for a chronic health condition, there is often hope for resolving the condition sufficiently though diet and lifestyle improvements so that the medication is no longer advised.
If you are experiencing a serious medical emergency, or a life-threatening medical situation, of course, work with your doctor to become more stable.
However, if your condition is such that you have some time before needing the medication, it can be extremely beneficial to do the work of functional nutrition to see if any problems can resolve naturally.
