Deep healing for people and the planet

Hi! I'm Liz Morgan. I'm a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I specialize in digestion, sugar handling, autoimmunity, chronic pain and calming down symptoms of mysterious health issues.

I also specialize in eating responsibly in the era of climate change. I see that the food choices we make every day impact our own health and the health of the ecosystems. I offer an integrated approach to supporting  vibrant, healthy people and planet.

I look forward to talking with my fellow outdoor enthusiasts during these 2 special CMC events!

Hello Colorado Mountain Club Members!

When I moved to Buena Vista, CO in 2013 from the front range, my book on foraging for wild edible plants in the Rockies had just been published. Also, my ankles were is such constant, inflamed pain that I couldn't even hike. I KNOW! I definitely couldn't carry a heavy pack or do any overnight backpacking trips. A few years before that I had started getting debilitating migraines. I had also developed what seemed like cold weather asthma which really interfered with skinning on hut trips in the winter. I also had to drag myself out of bed each morning feeling sluggish and stiff.

Luckily, I entered the field of functional nutritional therapy and learned to analyze the root causes of my health issues. I learned to honor the needs of my body and to create the conditions for my body to heal in very deep and life changing ways.

I now wake up early, loving life and find joy in all of the outdoor activities that have been so important to me for so many decades.

I want you to know that healing is possible. It's best to notice signs earlier than later so you can get on top of it before things get too out of control with your health. But, wherever you are in your health journey, there is a path and process for calming down symptoms, bringing balance to your body and feeling better so you can unleash your power in the world! Whether you love hitting the trails, rivers or backcountry, or you want mental clarity and stamina to crush it at work, I want to show you the nutritional healing essentials that literally everyone needs to know to live the life they believe is possible for them.

If you have health challenges, learn what functional nutritional therapy can do to help you recover as much as possible. If you are doing great so far, learn how to keep it that way!

I'm so excited to be doing a special, private Nourish + Flow JUST FOR CMC MEMBERS!!! This is going to be fun.
