Recovery from GI Surgery Complications

Shortly after being released from the hospital for multiple, serious GI surgeries, I turned to Liz Morgan Nutrition (LMN) to aid in my healing and recovery. In addition to accelerating the healing process, the nutritional therapy provided by LMN has greatly improved my general health and instilled life-long good habits.

LMN has created a personalized, dynamic nutritional plan based on three aspects. (1) General food diversity and balance knowledge. (2) Mediator Release Test (MRT), to address food and chemical sensitivities. (3) GI MAP test, to balance the GI's microbiome
